“The self check-in was ideal for our late arrival. The apartment was spotless, bright, and the bed was comfortable. The view from our window was stunning. Communication with the host was quick and simple. The modern, clean bathroom was roomy, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Being close to the train and bus stations was perfect. We felt safe and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.”

“We adored this fabulous apartment. It was so spacious, and all the rentals on the same floor made it convenient. The shared washing machine on the floor was a huge bonus. Two air conditioners kept us comfortable in the hot weather. The apartment was spotless and comfortable with lovely furnishings. Being so close to the main station made arrival easy, even late at night. I'd suggest late arrivals pay the fee to have someone meet them at the door, to avoid any difficulty finding the property. We had some trouble opening the door, but that was our own fault – the host had given clear instructions. The internet was a little intermittent, which caused some stress, but Maurizio was very understanding. Self check-in was simple and clever, and the building had an attractive historic look. The hosts were extremely responsive, always replying quickly. When we had a boiler issue, it was fixed fast, even at 10 PM. The balcony gave a lovely view, and the apartment was spacious and well equipped. Maurizio's pre-arrival communication was excellent, and the door keycode was handy. The unit was spacious and clean with a modern kitchen and bathroom, yet kept its old Palermo character. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi were both excellent. Maurizio responded quickly and even brought new batteries for the TV remote. The location was unbeatable – the main station and bus terminal were walkable, and good coffee and restaurants were nearby. One of my favourite places I've ever stayed.”
